All use of Medentee web pages located within https://medentee.com/ (the 'Site') is subject to the Terms of Use (the 'Terms') set forth below. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms. Please make sure you read them carefully before starting to use our Site. You may only use our Medentee Platform if you have agreed to a separate Agreement.

Medentee, including its service providers, employees, and agents does not offer any medical advice, recommendations, opinions, representation, referrals, or counselling. Under no circumstances shall information posted on or through the Medentee be treated as professional medical advice or substitute for professional medical advice, or a solicitation to provide medical advice by Medentee. We do not draw or provide medical conclusions, provide medical advice, opinions, or recommendations. Any content or services available on the Medentee Platform or Sites are not intended to and do not constitute medical advice, and no medical provider-patient relationship is formed. We and our licensees, vendors, agents, affiliates will not be responsible for loss of profit, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
